Once you contact me either by phone or by email you can expect that I will get back to you within 24 hours except for on weekends, if you contact me on a weekend you can expect me to get back to you on the following Monday.

 

If you call me and I am unable to answer the phone please leave a voicemail with your contact information so that I can call you back.
