If you are struggling with your wellbeing or mental health, or a life situation has left you feeling tired, disconnected, sad, lonely, anxious, depressed or stressed, counselling can offer you support.
Counselling provides a safe space that is both supportive and explorative and creates the opportunity for insight, reflection and thoughtful action.
When you attend a counselling session with me we co-create a space that meets you where you are and works with you to support your goals, values and aspirations.
